My work centers on one question: Do we fully understand the problem — and are we building the right solution? I partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, design practical systems, and guide teams from concept to delivery.

I began my career in manufacturing engineering, where I led process improvement initiatives, validated solutions on the plant floor, and measured results in real operational terms.

I later transitioned into technology, applying the same problem-solving discipline to software—now with the added ability to create flexible, custom tools that adapt to how people actually work.

My focus is on building systems that reduce friction, improve visibility, and create meaningful impact for end users and organizations.
